- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Add chopped red onion and minced garlic; sauté for about 3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in fire-roasted diced tomatoes, chili powder, and cumin; mix well.
- Transfer everything into a cast-iron pot or Dutch oven and place it on the grill/smoker. Let it smoke for about 1 hour.
- Once done, serve hot topped with shredded cheese and sour cream.
