  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish. Layer with crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows, then top with remaining batter.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
