  • 1 box (8.5 oz) Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or butter.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sweet corn, creamed corn, Jiffy mix, melted butter, eggs, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
