- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the bell peppers and onions for about 5 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, crumbling it as it cooks until browned (about 8 minutes). Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked elbow macaroni with sautéed veggies and browned beef. Stir in softened cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Layer half of the mixture in the greased baking dish, sprinkle with half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
