  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the bell peppers and onions for about 5 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, crumbling it as it cooks until browned (about 8 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  4. In a large bowl, mix cooked elbow macaroni with sautéed veggies and browned beef. Stir in softened cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Layer half of the mixture in the greased baking dish, sprinkle with half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
