- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode. Add 2 tbsp olive oil and heat. Sauté onions, carrots, celery, and garlic until soft (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in wild rice to coat with juices.
- Pour in vegetable broth and add thyme; stir well.
- Seal the lid and set to high pressure for 30 minutes.
- Once cooking is complete, allow for natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
- Stir in heavy cream until well combined. Serve hot and enjoy!
