Instructions

  2. Blend watermelon chunks, lime juice, and honey in a blender until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, adding mint leaves if using.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds for about 30 seconds and enjoy!
