  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or set up your air fryer.
  2. Slice the seedless watermelon into thick wedges, about half an inch thick.
  3. Melt the coconut oil and brush it onto both sides of each watermelon wedge.
  4. Sprinkle sea salt over each fry; add cinnamon if desired.
  5. Arrange the wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or place in the air fryer basket. Bake for 15-20 minutes or air fry for 8-10 minutes until crisp and golden brown.
