Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup vegan marshmallows
  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted coconut oil until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish. Layer with vegan marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  4. Top with remaining graham cracker mixture and gently press down.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
