  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles

Instructions

  1. Soak boneless chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least one hour.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat thoroughly in the seasoned flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat (350°F). Fry each piece for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  5. While cooling, toast burger buns until golden brown.
  6. Spread ranch on both sides of each bun, add fried chicken and pickles, then top with the other half of the bun.
