  • 1 packet (1 oz) au jus gravy mix
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 6 to 8 pepperoncini peppers
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Traeger grill to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Pat the chuck roast dry with paper towels; season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the roast directly on the grill grates for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Remove from the grill; sprinkle au jus and ranch dressing mixes over the meat. Top with pepperoncini and pats of butter.
