  • 34 tbsp ice water
  • 2 cups fresh tomatoes, sliced (heirloom or vine-ripened)
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta or goat cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  2. Wrap dough in plastic wrap; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a tart pan.
