Instructions

- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and mix well.

- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto the baking sheets, spacing them apart. Bake for about 10 minutes or until edges are set.
- Allow cookies to cool completely on wire racks.
