Instructions
- Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.

- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and half of the Parmesan cheese; stir until combined. If too thick, add reserved pasta water gradually.
- Toss in cooked spaghetti and fresh basil until well coated.
