- 8 medium flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups enchilada sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté diced onions until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
