Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat (300°F).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub generously over both sides of the ribs.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill bone-side down and cook for about 2 hours with the lid closed.
  5. After 2 hours, brush barbecue sauce on both sides and close the lid for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Once cooked through, let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving with extra barbecue sauce.
