- 1/2 lb pork sausage
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, pork sausage, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
