Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle minced garlic over the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch until smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  6. Once cooked, remove chicken and set aside. Turn slow cooker to high and thicken the sauce for about 10 minutes.
  7. Drizzle the thickened sauce over the chicken before serving.
