Instructions

- For the red layer, blend strawberries with 1 tablespoon honey and 2 tablespoons water until smooth. Adjust sweetness as needed.
- Pour one-third of the strawberry mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for about an hour until set but not completely hard.
- Mix Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon honey until smooth; pour over the frozen strawberry layer.
- Blend blueberries with remaining honey and water until smooth; pour this mixture over the yogurt layer in each mold.
- Freeze popsicles for at least 4 hours until completely solid. To serve, run warm water over the molds to release.
