Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare the fruits by removing stems from strawberries and rinsing blueberries.
  2. For the red layer, blend strawberries with 1 tablespoon honey and 2 tablespoons water until smooth. Adjust sweetness as needed.
  3. Pour one-third of the strawberry mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for about an hour until set but not completely hard.
  4. Mix Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon honey until smooth; pour over the frozen strawberry layer.
  5. Blend blueberries with remaining honey and water until smooth; pour this mixture over the yogurt layer in each mold.
  6. Freeze popsicles for at least 4 hours until completely solid. To serve, run warm water over the molds to release.
