Instructions
- Wash raspberries and peaches thoroughly. Slice peaches and remove the pit.
- In a blender, combine raspberries, peach slices, honey or maple syrup, coconut water, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- If desired, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
- Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving half an inch at the top.
- Insert sticks into each mold and freeze for at least four hours until solid.
- To release popsicles easily, run warm water over the outside of the molds before serving.
