- 6 slices crispy bacon
- 4 soft flour tortillas
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 2 cups spinach or mixed greens
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- While chicken cooks, fry bacon until crispy; set aside on paper towels.
- Once cooled, slice chicken into thin strips and cut avocados into slices.
