Description

No-Bake S’mores Bars are a delightful twist on the classic campfire treat, perfect for any occasion. With layers of crunchy graham crackers, creamy chocolate, and gooey marshmallows, these bars deliver all the nostalgic flavors of s’mores without needing a campfire. Quick to prepare and easy to customize, they make an ideal dessert for summer gatherings or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  2. Mix cocoa powder and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Fold in half of the mini marshmallows and most of the chocolate chips; pour over the crust.
  3. Sprinkle remaining mini marshmallows on top.
  4. Melt leftover chocolate chips and drizzle over the bars.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
