  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Brown meatballs for about 5 minutes; remove from pot.
  4. Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes; bring to a simmer.
  5. Return meatballs to the pot and add Italian seasoning; simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
