  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
  • Chopped pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt; bring to a boil. Stir in flour until it forms a ball. Let cool slightly.
  2. Pipe the dough onto cannoli molds and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from molds and let cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Gently fold in mascarpone cheese.
  4. Fill cooled pastry shells with the cream mixture using a piping bag.
  5. Refrigerate for one hour before serving and garnish with chopped pistachios.
