  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 medium zucchini, diced

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Fresh cilantro (optional), chopped

Instructions
