  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 ripe peaches, chopped
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; mix until sandy. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and mix well.
  4. Gently fold in chopped peaches and mixed berries.
  5. Pour filling over the cooled crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly wobbly in the center.
  6. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
  7. Serve chilled with additional berries on top.
