Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; mix until sandy. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and mix well.
- Gently fold in chopped peaches and mixed berries.
- Pour filling over the cooled crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly wobbly in the center.
- Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
