Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out puff pastry into thin sheets and cut into 1-inch strips. Wrap around cannoli molds, overlapping slightly. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling completely before removing molds.
  2. In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; continue whipping until stiff peaks develop.
  3. Gently fold mascarpone cheese into the whipped cream mixture until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fill each cooled cannoncini shell with the cream mixture using a piping bag.
