- 8 oz turkey bacon
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy (about 5-7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add ground turkey and cook until browned (8-10 minutes), breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in the ranch seasoning and cook for another minute until evenly coated.
- Cut each slider bun in half. Layer the ground turkey mixture, crispy bacon, cheese, lettuce, and tomato on the bottom half of each bun. Cover with the top half.
- Place sliders in the baking dish, cover loosely with foil, and bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
