  • 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Doritos (classic nacho cheese or cool ranch)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and half a cup of water; simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  3. In a large bowl, mix chopped lettuce and diced tomatoes.
  4. Layer the beef mixture on top of the lettuce and tomatoes; sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  5. Just before serving, crush Doritos on top for added crunch.
