Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cooking for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously.
  4. Reduce heat to low, whisk in grated Parmesan until melted and creamy; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add drained fettuccine and sliced chicken to the sauce, tossing gently until well combined.
