  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter until combined.
  3. Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
  4. Evenly distribute blueberries over the crust layer.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top of the blueberries.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before slicing.
