Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls are a heavenly blend of creamy cheesecake and juicy blueberries wrapped in soft, fluffy dough. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert, these delightful rolls provide a sweet indulgence that will impress family and friends. Enjoy them fresh from the oven or as a delicious snack later on; either way, they’re guaranteed to be a hit!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F)
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 large egg
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit for 5 minutes. In another bowl, combine flour and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the yeast mixture along with melted butter and egg. Knead until smooth.
  2. Let It Rise: Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  3. Make the Filling: Beat softened cream cheese with sugar and lemon juice until smooth; gently fold in blueberries.
  4. Roll It Out: Punch down the risen dough and roll out on a floured surface into a rectangle about ½ inch thick. Spread filling evenly over the dough.
  5. Shape Your Rolls: Starting from one edge, roll tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  6. Bake: Place rolls in a greased baking dish; let rise for another 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
