  • 12 butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry butter lettuce leaves.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet; add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add ground turkey, breaking it apart as it cooks for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Mix in chopped green onions before removing from heat.
  6. Spoon turkey filling onto lettuce leaves and serve warm.
