- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp minced ginger
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until fully mixed.
- Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs (about 2 tablespoons each) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Optionally, brown the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger. Pour this mixture over the meatballs in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours or high for 2 hours until cooked through.
- Serve over rice or noodles and garnish with extra green onions.
