Description

Apple Crisp Cheesecake is the ultimate dessert that perfectly blends creamy cheesecake and spiced apple topping, all wrapped in a buttery graham cracker crust. This decadent treat will transport you to autumn with each delightful bite, making it ideal for family gatherings or cozy evenings at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 medium firm apples (like Granny Smith), peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and vanilla until combined.
  3. Toss apple slices with cinnamon and nutmeg. Layer spiced apples over the cheesecake filling in the pan.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off the oven and let cool inside with the door ajar for an hour.
  5. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
