  • 24 ladyfinger cookies

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form; gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the cooled espresso and layer them in a serving dish.

  6. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
