- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat softened butter and eggs until creamy. Gradually add milk and mix until smooth.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just mixed; gently fold in half of the mini marshmallows.
- Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full and top with remaining mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before sprinkling graham cracker crumbs on top.
