  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 oz button or cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded Asiago cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients by slicing mushrooms and mincing garlic.

  5. Return seared chicken to the skillet, simmering in the sauce for an additional 10 minutes until fully cooked through.
