  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary

Instructions
