- 4 oz smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 oz chorizo, sliced
- 4 strips bacon, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Soak the black beans overnight in water.
