  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 head fresh romaine lettuce (about 6 cups chopped)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and optional paprika.
  2. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let rest before slicing.
  3. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and add to a large bowl.
