Instructions

  3. Sear half the seasoned steak cubes for 2 minutes without moving them, then flip and cook for an additional minute until browned but juicy. Remove from skillet.
  4. Repeat with remaining steak cubes.
  5. Lower the heat to medium-low and add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir until melted and combined.
  6. Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter mixture.
