  • 1 ball burrata (about 4 oz)

  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the bread into thick pieces and arrange on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Toast the bread in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
