  • 4 cups cold water

Instructions

  1. Wash and pit the cherries.
  2. Roll the lemons on a countertop for maximum juice extraction, then cut and juice them into a measuring cup.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 cup of sugar with 1 cup of water, stirring until the sugar dissolves to create simple syrup.
  4. In a blender, blend pitted cherries with 3 cups of cold water until smooth.
  5. Strain the cherry puree through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher. Stir in lemon juice and simple syrup until well mixed.
