  • 35 tbsp iced water

  2. Gradually add iced water until the dough forms. Chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Toss cherries with sugar and let sit for 10 minutes to release juices.
  5. Roll out chilled dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface; transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Spoon cherry mixture onto the center of the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Fold edges over filling.
