  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  3. Gradually mix the cooled milk mixture into the flour blend until smooth. Incorporate eggs one at a time until fully mixed.
  4. Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe rings onto parchment paper.
  5. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep pot. Fry crullers for about two minutes per side until golden brown; drain on paper towels.
