- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 8 large lettuce leaves (Romaine or Butter)
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
