  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup eggnog (or milk)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, mix the eggnog (or milk), egg, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed; lumps are okay.
  4. Preheat a griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour 1/2 cup batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top (about 3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown (about 2 minutes).
  6. Serve warm with maple syrup or whipped cream.
