  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold

  • 3 large egg whites

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add sugar and vanilla extract while whipping.
  3. In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the melted chocolate, then fold in the rest followed by the beaten egg whites, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
