- Make the Dough: In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Gradually add ice water until dough forms. Shape into a disk, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Prepare the Filling: Peel and thinly slice the apples. Toss with cinnamon and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Roll Out the Dough: On a floured surface, roll chilled dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
