  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack blend)
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions
